Types of Rental Buildings
In New York City, there are buildings that only work with the rental community, which many times are no-fee apartments, at times you don’t have to work with a Broker and pay for Broker’s fee.
You can also rent from co-operative (Co-op) and condominium (Condo) apartments in the city, but rental conditions attached to the leasing agreement by the Landlord for those types of units are totally determined by the building and vary considerably.
